Oasis of Healing Ministries is a not-for-profit and non-political organization established to propagate God’s love through the teaching and preaching of God’s Word, empower people for a life of dominion in Christ through the teachings in the Holy Bible, as well as organize programmes to edify both members of the organization and the general public.
We are simply Christians, without denominational names and practices. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and we follow it as our only authority in life. Since we find no denominational names in the Bible, we wear no such names. We have no human creeds to set forth doctrine because the Bible contains all the Christian is to believe (2Ti 3:16-17).
We proclaim the message of the crucified and risen Lord.
We urge all to accept God’s gift of eternal life in His Son (Romans 6:23).
We teach and proclaim the gospel of truth which is the risen Lord because, He is the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE and no one can come to the Father, except through him.
We understand that in order for our faith to be pleasing to God we must trust Him to the extent of obeying Him (Hebrews 5:9). It is through such faith that we become God’s children. “For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.
For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.” (Galatians 3:26-27)
To teach and preach the Word of God for life application through various programmes targeted at different demography.
To propagate and promote the Christian religion through various means such as lectures, teachings, and open-air sermons, amongst other acceptable means
To complement the efforts of Government in providing social needs of the people such as excellent western and Christian education, health and safety advice.
Propagation of the gospel of Jesus Christ targeted mainly at children and the youth in secondary schools and tertiary institutions in Nigeria and across the globe.
To raise a generation of God-seekers in Nigeria and the world over who will serve as God’s end-time army.
The Quest is one of the principal programmes of Oasis of Healing Ministries. Inspired by the Holy Spirit, The Quest is geared towards helping children (7-18) and youth (19-30) gain a broad and specialized understanding of the Bible. The Quest is a quiz and debate-based programme intended to encourage fun learning methods while also enhancing general knowledge of the Bible
A concentrated, multi-day experience of great Christian teaching, worship, prayer, confession, alone time with God and celebration has an impact that is hard to describe. This reality is not just true in our spiritual lives but in other parts of our lives as well. ou were designed to have these multiple-day Christian conferences for your spiritual well-being
We all want something practical in life. None of us wants to do something that does not impact our lives. Here, we believe our faith in God is not removed from our daily life. We are not meant to believe and use our emotions alone. God expects us to be practical in our journey of faith. The journey of faith begins at salvation when we surrender to the Lordship of Christ by being transformed in our hearts
Corporate prayer connects us around a common purpose; seeking God’s heart. As we seek Him together there is solidarity. We’re not all pulling in our own direction. Our prayers become less selfish and more focused on God’s will and purpose for our lives and the lives of others. As we pray as a unified group, with one heart and one mouth, we glorify the Lord Jesus Christ in a way that is unparallel to any other method (Romans 15:6).
Worship is anything you and I do to esteem and magnify the worth-ship of God. Psalm 34:3 exhorts: “Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!” (ESV). It isn’t just a suggestion, it’s a command—and it’s essential if we are to live an obedient life as a follower of Jesus. We can magnify the Lord’s name when we incorporate into our everyday lives ways to honour Him, affirm His worth, and praise Him for Who He is, not just what He’s done.
Oasis of Healing Ministries reaches young people everywhere, working together with the campus fellowships, local churches and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus Christ who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God, worship and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ and commitment to social involvement.
