The Quest is one of the principal programmes of Oasis of Healing Ministries. Inspired of the Holy Spirit, The Quest is geared towards helping children (7-18) and youth (19-30) gain a broad and specialized understanding of the Bible. The Quest is a quiz and debate-based programme intended to encourage fun learning methods while also enhancing general knowledge of the Bible.
As ministers to young people, in our opinion, Bible quizzing is of utmost importance because we know how difficult it can be to help build and strengthen a young person’s walk with God. Many young people are focusing their time and energy on worldly things. Right? Movies, video games, sports, drugs, and sex are among the activities they participate in, but none of these honor God. Even with the best teaching, it can be difficult to break down the walls of pride, selfishness, and arrogance that surround many young people. But where our words fall short, the word of the Lord is pure and sharper than any two-edged sword.
